On arrival parking was easy, hotel staff were great throughout for check-in, Catering and Sauna facilities. The rooms and bathrooms were excellent. The wellness Centre was good with excellent staff (Gain-Luca). Breakfast was very good.

The ambiance of the hotel was delightful. The staff went out of their way to meet our needs and to ensure our stay was as good as could be! The restaurant food was superb and the waiting staff were exceptional. The grounds were peaceful and the car park safe. Brilliant value for money!

Great location not too far from the airport. Beautiful large outdoor pool with grounds plus equally large indoor pool. Excellent restaurant for dinner and breakfast was equally excellent with huge choice.

Allocation of bedrooms just as we requested so that we were close to family members. Extensive selection for breakfast and even plenty of choice for toddlers. Sadly not enough time to try out the pool as we were travelling onward the following day, but we would definitely re-visit another time

The swimming pool and jacuzzi were amazing. The bar and restaurant were also fantastic food and ambience with very friendly staff.

The coffee machine was broken and for breakfast we had to order to the waiters, it was time consuming and I get cold tee twice.

We stopped at this hotel before our Ferry trip next morning and cause at 115€/n there was nothing cheaper around Ancona, and Iesi isn't that close at all. The hotel is fine but the location and the town itself are not worth the money. Strangely this area is more expensive than Firenze or Verona... That said, the beer by the pool is nice, the room is a bit outdated yet spacious and the breakfast is so so.

My wife was unwell during our stay and staff were helpful and sympathetic especially the house keeping staff, who kept us supplied with cle@n linen and water.
